Can the gift card be used toward a membership?+
Yes. The gift card can be applied to the first payment of any MyHealthspan membership. Because memberships are billed on a recurring cycle, the gift card covers the initial charge — the recipient will need to add a payment method to their account for any future renewal charges. This is a Shopify checkout requirement for all subscription products.
Can it be used toward standalone tests, kits, or coaching sessions?+
Yes. The gift card is redeemable toward any MyHealthspan product — memberships, one-time tests, specialty kits, and coaching sessions alike. There are no product restrictions.
Does the gift card expire?+
No. MyHealthspan gift cards have no expiration date. The recipient can use it whenever they're ready — there's no pressure to redeem by a certain date.
What if the purchase is more than the gift card value?+
The gift card balance is applied first, and the recipient pays the remaining amount with any standard payment method at checkout. Multiple gift cards can also be combined on a single order.
Can I send the gift card directly to the recipient?+
Yes. At checkout you can enter the recipient's email address and add a personal message. The gift card is delivered directly to their inbox. Alternatively, you can have it sent to yourself and forward it when you're ready.
