Shipping Policy

MyHealthspan ships across Canada. The fulfillment process for memberships and tests involves a few steps designed to ensure clinical quality, so please read the timing details below.

Order Processing

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email asking you to complete your MyHealthspan health profile. Your completed health profile is required before we can order tests or schedule services on your behalf.

Once your health profile is complete, kits ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Carriers and Delivery

We ship via Canada Post or FedEx depending on the test. You will receive tracking information by email when your kit ships. Standard delivery times apply based on your location.

At-Home Blood Draw Scheduling

If your purchase includes an at-home phlebotomist visit, our partner Dynacare will reach out within 72 hours of your health profile completion to schedule your appointment at a time that works for you. Most members have their visit completed within 14 to 21 days of purchase.

Coverage Area

Through our partnership with Dynacare's national mobile phlebotomy network, we serve customers across every Canadian province and territory.

Remote Location Surcharges

In rare cases for customers in remote locations, additional surcharges of up to $200 CAD may apply to cover at-home blood draw service or kit shipping. If a surcharge applies to your order, we will contact you before any additional charge is applied to your card. You may decline the surcharge and request a full refund of your original purchase if you do not wish to proceed.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included in your membership or test fee. The only exception is the remote location surcharge described above.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your kit does not arrive within the expected delivery window or arrives damaged, contact us at connect@myhealthspan.com or 1-800-214-0254. We will replace the kit at no cost to you.
