Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your MyHealthspan membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to your benefits through the end of your current paid period.

Billing Cycles

We only charge your card when a billing cycle begins. We do not charge in advance.

Renewal Reminders

Before each renewal, we send you multiple reminder emails so you have ample time to review, pause, or cancel before your card is charged. You will receive reminders months in advance, weeks in advance, and days in advance of your renewal date.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways.

First, log in to the MyHealthspan app at app.myhealthspan.com and cancel from your account settings. Cancellation through the app is immediate and self-serve.

Second, email our support team at connect@myhealthspan.com with your account details and we will process your cancellation. You can also call us at 1-800-214-0254.

How to Pause Your Membership

You can pause your membership at any time, on any tier. When you pause, we will not charge your card at the next renewal date. To resume your membership, simply re-start it through the app or by contacting support, and you will be charged at the time you resume.

To pause, log in to the MyHealthspan app or email connect@myhealthspan.com.

Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, you keep access to any tests, results, coaching sessions, and benefits you have already paid for through the end of your current billing period. After your current period ends, your subscription will not auto-renew and ongoing membership benefits will end.

Refunds on Cancellation

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel before any test has been ordered or any kit has shipped for the upcoming cycle, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Once a test is ordered or a kit is shipped, the cost of that test cannot be refunded. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
