Return and Refund Policy

MyHealthspan provides preventive health memberships and individual diagnostic tests that involve scheduled at-home phlebotomy services, lab kits, and third-party clinical processing. Because our fulfillment process begins immediately after purchase and involves external partners, our refund policy is structured around the stage of fulfillment when a request is made.

Subscription and Test Fees

Subscription fees and individual test fees are generally non-refundable, consistent with our Terms and Conditions. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis as follows.

If you request a refund before we have ordered any test on your behalf or shipped any kit, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible at connect@myhealthspan.com so we can pause fulfillment.

If you request a refund after a kit has shipped or a test has been ordered with our lab partner, we are unable to refund the cost of that component. Our test providers charge a minimum processing fee that we cannot recover, and this amount will be retained.

Damaged or Defective Kits

If a kit arrives damaged, has missing items, or contains a defective component, contact us within 7 days of receipt at connect@myhealthspan.com or 1-800-214-0254. We will replace the affected item at no cost to you.

Missed Phlebotomist Appointments

If a phlebotomist does not arrive for a scheduled at-home blood draw, contact us right away at 1-800-214-0254. We will reschedule a new visit immediately at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

Email connect@myhealthspan.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
