Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchases through checkout.myhealthspan.com and your use of MyHealthspan products and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our full Terms and Conditions Agreement, which is incorporated by reference and available at myhealthspan.com/legal/terms-conditions.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Canada to purchase MyHealthspan products and services. We do not currently offer services in French; checkout is available in English only.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Subscription pricing is shown at checkout and does not change for the duration of your subscription term.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize Healthspan Labs Inc. to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy for details.

MyHealthspan services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided through our services is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
