Who This Is For

This is for someone who has a specific question they want answered, not a full health review. Maybe they just received a blood test from their doctor that shows something unexpected and they want to understand what it means before their follow-up appointment. Maybe they want a second opinion on a supplement they read about, or they need a focused check-in to stay accountable between longer assessment sessions. This session is ideal for people who are already engaged with their health data and just need a precise, expert conversation to stay on track. It is efficient by design: you come with your question, your coach comes with context, and you leave with clarity.

What a Session Covers

Test Result Review

Deep dive into a specific result β€” from a MyHealthspan test or any external bloodwork β€” with expert interpretation and context beyond what a standard lab report provides.

Goal Setting and Refinement

Set or sharpen a short-term health goal with coach guidance, ensuring it is realistic, measurable, and aligned with your current data and lifestyle.

Supplement and Nutrition Questions

Get a clear, evidence-informed answer on a supplement, dietary approach, or nutrition question you have been sitting on β€” without generic advice from a Google search.

Accountability Check-In

A focused progress review for an ongoing protocol, identifying what is working, what to adjust, and what to prioritize in the weeks ahead.

New Data Interpretation

Make sense of a new data point β€” CGM readings, a recent doctor's result, wearable data β€” in the context of your full health picture and longevity goals.

Written Action Plan

Every session ends with a written summary of the key discussion points and specific recommended next steps, delivered to you after the call.

"MyHealthspan is one of the best decisions I made and offered much more value than other services I used in the past. The ease of the bloodwork done at my home, and my personal longevity coach β€” I can't say enough good things about the experience."

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are the Longevity Coaches?+
MyHealthspan Longevity Coaches are health professionals with backgrounds in areas including functional medicine, clinical nutrition, exercise physiology, and preventive health. All coaches are trained in the MyHealthspan longevity framework and work within protocols clinically designed by Dr. Zia Poonja. They are not physicians and do not provide medical diagnoses, but they are highly qualified to help you interpret health data and build evidence-based protocols for optimizing your healthspan.
Do I need to be a MyHealthspan member to book?+
No. Coaching sessions are available to members and non-members alike. If you have completed tests or assessments through MyHealthspan, that data will be available to your coach during the session. If you are a non-member bringing external health data, your coach can still review and discuss it with you during your time together.
What should I prepare before my session?+
Think about the one or two questions you most want answered and have any relevant documents, lab results, or notes ready to reference or share on screen. The more focused and specific you are about what you want to cover, the more useful the session will be. You do not need to prepare extensively β€” your coach is skilled at drawing out the right information quickly β€” but a clear primary question will help you get the most from 30 minutes.
Can the coach access my previous results?+
Yes. If you have completed any MyHealthspan tests or assessments, your coach can access that data in your MyHealthspan account during the session with your consent. This allows them to contextualize your question against your actual health data rather than giving generic advice. If you have results from outside providers you would like reviewed, you can share them on screen or upload them in advance.
What's the difference between a 30-minute and 60-minute session?+
The 30-minute session is designed for focused, single-topic conversations: interpreting one result, answering one specific question, or doing a targeted accountability check-in. The 60-minute session is better suited for a comprehensive review of multiple test results, building a full 90-day longevity protocol, or a deep dive into a specific health domain like cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, or cognitive health. If you are unsure which to choose, the 30-minute session is a great starting point.
