Fast for 14 hours, then we book your draw
Complete requires a 14-hour fast for accurate fatty acid results. We reach out within two to three business days to schedule. If you're a member, we'll space it out from your annual draw. At-home: a phlebotomist comes to you and takes five body measurements alongside your draw, in every province. Lab walk-in: visit any Dynacare location in Ontario, Quebec, or Manitoba.

Common questions
I'm already a member. When should I book this?
Most members book a one-time panel about six months after their annual draw, so they can see how their numbers are moving halfway through the year. Your annual membership draw stays on its usual schedule, and both sets of results sit side by side in the app.
How does the at-home service work?
After you buy, we reach out within two to three business days to schedule your draw at a time that works for you. A phlebotomist comes to you, in every province, and also takes five body measurements at the visit. Any preparation instructions come with your confirmation email.
What is lab walk-in?
In Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba you can walk into any Dynacare location for your blood draw instead of a home visit, for $100 less. The tests, results, nurse practitioner review, and coaching are exactly the same. Body measurements are taken during at-home visits only.
Do I need to fast before my blood draw?
Yes. Complete requires a 14-hour fast before the draw for accurate fatty acid results. Your confirmation email will include the full prep instructions.
How long until I get my results?
Results appear in the MyHealthspan app in about 17 to 18 days on average, already reviewed by a nurse practitioner and scored with your Longevity Score.
How is this panel billed?
This is a one-time charge, billed in full at checkout. Nothing renews. If you'd like the same testing every year, the Complete membership is billed once a year.
Is this covered by my benefits plan or HSA/FSA?
Complete is HSA and FSA eligible. Many health spending accounts cover preventive health services like ours, and your receipt is available in the app to submit. If your employer offers MyHealthspan as a benefit, your panel may be discounted or covered.
Can I add tests later?
Yes. Advanced tests such as DNA insights, VO2 Max, DEXA, and continuous glucose monitoring are available after your first results, usually on your coach's recommendation, and you buy them in the app. See what we test.
